Master Alexander "A.J." Maurice Jackson, was born on May 12, 2017, at Phoebe Sumter in Americus, Georgia, to Keauntria Jackson and Sherod Shingles. A.J. departed his life on November 10, 2017, at his residence.
A.J. was a sweet and loving baby who never cried. All he ever done was smile and he loved to give hugs and kisses.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather Clifford Shingles.
A.J. leaves to cherish his fond memories to his parents Keauntria Jackson and Sherod Shingles; a sister Ah'Mirah Hadley; two brothers—Channing "C.J." Jackson and Tyquavion "T.K." Shingles; grandparents—Alex and Kiona Jackson and Nellie Shingles, all of Cuthbert, GA; great grandparents—Marvin Jr. and Rose Jackson and Mercer Johnson, all of Cuthbert, Patricia Hogans and Geraldine Hogans, both of Atlanta, GA, Reginald Ashford of Allentown, PA, and Bernice Ashford of Newark, NJ; aunts—Shantia Jackson (Dantrelle Prince), Ebonie Shingles, Karen (Anthony) Starling, Shakirah Jackson, Patricia Ashford, Deidra Jackson, Demetria Jackson, Cecilia Rushing, Teisha Dorelien, Tiffany Street, Regina Ashford, Taylor Ashford, Felicia Jackson, and Amiyah Jackson; uncles—Christian Jackson, Marvin Jackson, Jr., Michael Ashford, and Cedric Whitehead; two special cousins—Khalise Brown and Taylor Shingles; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
