Sister Hattie Bee Ward was born on August 15, 1953 to the late Willie Mae Calloway and Pope Calloway in Terrell County, GA.  She transitioned from this life to her eternal home on July 20, 2017 at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital, Albany, GA.

Hattie received her education from the Terrell County Public school system.  She was a graduate of the 1971 class.

Hattie attended the Kingdom Hall from time to time.  However, throughout life she realized that all things were possible through Christ which strengthened her.

She was preceded in death by her parents Willie Mae Calloway and Pope Calloway.  Her mother-in-law Louvenia Ward.  Her brothers Henry Calloway and Jimmy Walker.  Her sister Orie Lee Sesberry.

She leaves memories to be cherish by her husband James Ward, SR. of Dawson, GA.  Her children: Cassandra Calloway of Dawson, GA; Terrence Ward of Dawson, GA.  Her stepchildren: Nakeithia (Marcus) Packer of Thomasville, AL; Tanika Ward of Bluffton, GA; James Ward, JR. of Tacoma, WA; Joseph Ward of Dawson, GA; Norris Clyde of Tacoma, WA; Jerrod Ward of Dawson, GA.  Her brothers: Willis (Sarah) Calloway; Pope Calloway; Harry (Mattie) Calloway; Freddie (Julia) Calloway all of Dawson, GA.  Her sisters: Pearlie Mae Hill of Bluffton, GA; Eula Mae NewKirk of Dawson, GA.  Her aunt Lottie Jordon. She also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
