Mr. Jerry Lee Morris was born on January 18, 1960, in Baker County, Georgia, to the late Mr. Ira B. Morris and Annie Pearl Morris. Mr. Morris departed this life on December 29, 2020, in Albany, Georgia.Mr. Morris joined Thankful Baptist Church in Newton, Georgia, at an early age. He worked as a farmer for many years.Mr. Morris was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Ira Morris, Jr., and Lil Willie Morris.Mr. Morris leaves to mourn: five brothers, John Lee (Mary) Curry of Leesburg, Georgia, Reverend William (Betty) Morris, and Jimmy Lee Morris, both of Newton, Georgia, Ike (Patricia) Morris of Colquitt, Georgia, and James Mark (Michelle) Morris of Newport News, Virginia; three sisters, Doris Sims of Albany, Georgia, and Lucille Morris, and Mary Ann Sims, both of Newton, Georgia; ex-wife, Janis Morris Tindall of Columbus, Georgia; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and many friends. Mr. Jerry Lee Morris will be missed by family, friends, and many more.
