Kathy Von Roberts Hayes was born on February 8, 1962 to the late Mr. Alex Roberts, Sr. and the late Mrs. Ruby L. Roberts, in Quitman, Georgia.

She confessed her faith and love for Christ at an early age.

Kathy received her education from Terrell County School System.

Kathy was a comedic individual who loved to make others laugh.   Her grandchildren were her entire world.  She had a tremendous love for poetry and writing.

On Wednesday January 1, 2020, Kathy departed her natural life and entered into eternal rest surrounded by her loving and devoted family.  In addition to her mother and father, she was welcomed to her eternal home by loving family members that preceded her in death; brother, John "Eddie" (Peggy) Roberts; brothers-in-law, Roy Causey and Bobby Barfield.

Precious memories will forever be etched upon the hearts of her loving and devoted sons; Bryan (Raven) Hayes and Brandon (Ashley) Hayes all of Dawson, Georgia; Brothers, Alex (Sue) Roberts, Jr., Bronwood, GA, Ernest (Sonya) Roberts, Leesburg, GA, Daniel (Tina) Roberts, Ellaville, GA, Lorin (Faye) Roberts, Webster County, GA; Sisters, Erline Causey,  Martha Barfield,  Joyce (Joe) Hammack all of  Leesburg, GA; Gloria (Rodney) Hudson, Americus, GA; Grandchildren, Britany, Lyda, Brad, John, Nicholas, Braxton, Makayla, Breanna, Conner, Brody, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
