Omar Kenyon Muhammad was born on August 17, 1987, to Omar S. Muhammad and Toye McDade in Tampa, Florida. He received his education in the public schools of the Hilllsborough School District.

Omar lived life to the fullest every day. He loved his family and children. He was very fond of the character "The Joker." He enjoyed watching movies that he was in every chance he had.

Omar departed his earthly body to take eternal rest on December 3, 2021. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Irene Harold, and his grandfather, Alex McDade.

Omar will forever be cherished and loved by: his mother, Toye McDade; father, Omar S. Muhammad; sons, Andre Muhammad and Amari Muhammad; longtime girlfriend, Amanda Clancy;sisters, Cierra Watley, Renetha (Prince) Humphrey, and Saleya Grant; grandmother, Ameena Shareef; aunt, Maryann Dunbar;and aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, family, and friends. He will be deeply missed by all!!!
