Sister Rosie Lee Lowe-Carter was born to the late John and Lemonteen Lowe on November 2, 1938 in Lumpkin, GA.

She was preceded in death by her husband Eddie Carter, one granddaughter Monyelle Robinson, two sisters and three brothers.

Mrs. Carter attended Webster County Public schools in Lumpkin, GA.  At an early age, she confessed Christ as her personal savior and joined Green Grove Baptist Church where she served faithfully.

She Leaves to cherish her loving memory two sons: Earvin Robinson and Moses (Marilyn) Robinson of Atlanta, Ga. Six grandchildren: Marquez Robinson, Carlton (LaToya) Robinson, Earvin Robinson, Lynette (Devonte) Riggins, Darius Robins, and Marvin Robinson.  Two great-grandchildren, whom she raised as her own: Brandon Robinson and Briana Robinson.  Two sisters: Beverly Smith of Columbus, GA and Gussie Jones (Edd) of Dawson, GA. One brother: Willie Lowe of Preston, GA. One brother-in-law: Eddie Small Sr. Two sisters-in-laws: Josephine Lowe and Ida Mae Lowe.  A host of step-children, grandchildren, great- grandchildren, friends and family.  Also, dear cousins Ossie Lowe and KD Lowe.
