Sallye Mary Mosley was born June 30, 1931, to Mr. and Mrs. Orange Cobb. She grew up in Lee County and attended school in Dougherty County. In her early years, she was a member of McAfee Baptist Church. In 1975, she was added to the Body of Leesburg Church of Christ and remained faithful until her death. She married Ralph Mosley July 20, 1950, and to this union, one daughter, Mary Elizabeth Davis, was born. She also had two loving stepdaughters, Betty J. Brown and Glendlyn Small; six grands, Tammy, Duane, Marvin, Darrell, Jecolby, and Jenetta; seven great-grands; two great-great-grands; four loving sisters-in-law, Pauline Henderson, Kate Simmons, Carrie Mosley, and Hilda Dozier; and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
