Estella Denson Crockromwas born to the late James Denson and Daisy Mae Pauldo Denson on February 9, 1948 in Newton, Georgia. Estella’s education was received in the Baker County School System. She enjoyed reading her Bible, cleaning, dancing, and spending time with her family. Estella accepted Christ at an early age. As her spiritual conviction grew, she joined Mt. Oliver Methodist Church in Newton, Georgia. Estella was united in holy matrimony to the late Donald John Crockrom on November 3, 1970. God called his beloved Estella home on Sunday, February 17, 2019, at Phoebe Putney Hospital North Campus. Even though she has transitioned, we are confident in knowing that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four of her siblings: James Jr., Willie, Richard, and Ruby Denson. Precious memories will always be cherished and will linger in the hearts and minds of her loving family, which includes her daughter, Tammy L. Frazier, Albany, GA; five siblings, Jeanette Miller, Tallahassee, FL, Gloria (Elder Crawford) West, Leesburg, GA, Glenda (Reich) Staten, Statesville, NC, and Larry Denson and Rev. Johnnie (Van), both of Newton, GA; four grandchildren, Du’Bois (Camry) A’Keen, and Keri, Kourtnee, and Kelsey Frazier; one great-granddaughter, Ayunna Frazier; three uncles, David (Jewel) Pauldo of Jacksonville, FL, Titus Edmond of Herndon, NJ, and Roosevelt Freeman Jr., of Syracuse, NY; two aunts, Versie Kelson of Akron, OH and Drucilla Davis of Belle Glade, FL; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
