Jack Douglas Fry

Jack Douglas Fry was born on October 11, 1942, in Troy, Ohio to Roy Fry and Grace Viola Waymier Fry.

Jack transitioned to eternal rest on February 4, 2023 at his home surround by those who loved him dearly.

He spent 22 years, serving in United Sates Army. He served three tours in Vietnam.   He received a number of medals as well, while serving his country.  He received the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal with 4 Bronze Stars, Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal, and Vietnam Cross of Gallantry with Palm, Army Commendation Medal, Good Conduct Medal, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon and 2 Purple Heart Medals.

Jack enjoyed his life and lived life to the fullest.  He enjoyed fishing and being outdoors.  He adored his children and grandchildren.  Jack loved watching his favorite television shows and spending time relaxing.

Jack is survived by his devoted and significant love, Faye L Redmond; two children: Chuck (Kelly) Fry, and Lisa Bennett, two grandchildren: Jessica Green, and Scott Yon; his devoted and loving companion Biscuit, and a host of family and friends that will miss his dearly.
