Jerry Hayes

Jerry Lee Hayes was born on December 4, 1953, to Robert Hayes and Ruby Young Hayes, in Muncie, Indiana. 

Jerry was a man who loved his family and provided for them in any way he could.  He was loved and liked by all who knew him.  He had a great personality and was kind to everyone.  Jerry spent most of his life working with his hands on any automobile he could.  Cars were his most prized passion besides his family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents Robert and Ruby Hayes; sister, Janet Sue Nelson; brother, Charles Eugene Hayes; stepdaughter, whom he raised as his own daughter, Shanna Atkinson- Vogel.

He leaves his memories to be cherished by long-time loving companion Shely Craig; son, Cameron Lee Hayes; Stepson, who raised and reared as his own, Shane Atkinson, Grandchildren, Jayda, Dallas, Zander, Aubrey, and Austin; Sisters, Ruthann Mader, and Barbara Jean Newman, and a host of extended family and friends.  Jerry will be missed dearly however he will forever live in the hearts of all he touched.
