Raye Price Obituary

Sister Raye Jean “Tina” Price, the daughter of the late Isiah Price, Sr., and Mrs. Mattie Pearl Campbell Price, was born on March 14, 1961, in Randolph County, Georgia. She peacefully departed this life on March 7, 2019, at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany, Georgia. Raye Jean Price gave her life to Christ at a very young age, and was a member of Mt. Airy Baptist Church. Because of her faith in Jesus Christ, she was able to live a happy life. Raye Jean Price grew up and was educated at the Randolph County High School. Raye Jean Price immediately began her own family. She was a loving and devoted mother to four children. She certainly showed love each and every day. Mrs. Price dedicated her life to her children and grandchildren, and she is loved by them all. Raye Jean Price was a true warrior and fought the good fight of faith. On March 7, 2019, the battle was complete and the victory was won. Raye Jean Price has earned her wings when she saw over yonder looked better than over here. Well done, thy good and faithful servant. Raye Jean Price was preceded in death by her son, Terry Price; father, Isiah Price, Sr.; two brothers, Clifford Campbell and Willie George Campbell; and one sister, Bernice Price. Beloved memories will be cherished by her family including her devoted life long friend, James Williams; three children, JeKerris (Precilla) Price, Kristal (Darecous) Lemon, all of Shellman, GA, and Torris (Nubia) Price of Dawson, GA; five grandchildren, Ja’Morris Price, Karson? Rowland, Inisia Price, Ur’Jay Price, and Za’Ryah Price; four sisters, Cassandra (Anthony) Pearman, Shellmar Virginia Price of Dawson, GA, Willie Pearl Thomas of Louisiana, Brenda (Terrence) James of Columbus, GA, and Linda Lilly of Albany, GA; two brothers, Eddie Price of Atlanta, GA, and Isiah (Elizabeth) Price of Dawson, GA; her very close friends, Minister Kelvin Davis and Cliffy Tillimon; and her very close uncle, Rev.
